It is question being asked in all political cercle ? He has been shot in legs with AK-47 and now he is in hospital. Every corner of world people are criticizing this attack . He has made enemy to all, be it establishment , Government , ISI , Judiciary and election commission of Pakistan . Though his Haqiqi long march was already a great hit and disturbing for all his enemies . Imran khan has been a famous cricketer and former PM . His popularity was already very high among youth and sports lovers . When he decided to join politics , people made fun of him and almost ignored his political move.   Gradually he made his presence felt by first wining state elections and later became PM . A big set back to BJP as Delhi High court order to Register Rape Case Against ShahNawaz BJP. 

Delhi High court order to Register Rape Case Against  ShahNawaz Hussain a BJP Leader, recently was Minister in Nitish Kumar cabinet at Bihar. In this case, HC Delhi not only ordered to Delhi Police to register FIR against him but also to submit investigation report within 3 months. Delhi High Court Justice also taken a class of Delhi Police for not registering Case since 2018 against the Ex Minister of BJP. It was a case of 2018, When a Delhi based woman accused SahNawaz Hussain for raping her and Delhi Police refused to register case since then, Even Lower Court of Delhi ordered to Delhi Police to register case but Delhi Police put the order into dustbin. Then she approached to Delhi High court and today court ordered to register case of Rape against Sahnawaz Hussain.

Why Delhi High Court Ordered to register case against BJP Leader Shahnawaz Hussain in rape case ?

On 12th April 2018, A Delhi based Woman approached Delhi Police to resister a rape case against BJP Leader Sahnawaz Hussain. She said that " Sahnawaz Hussain raped her at his Chhatarpur Farm house in Delhi NCR and threaten to kill if she approached Police in this matter". Sahnawaz Hussain that time was national spokeperson of BJP and Narendra Modi government in Power. Delhi Police comes under Home Minister Of India and at that time Shri Rajnath Singh was posted as HM of India and after 2019 general election BJP appointed Shri Amit Shah as HM of India. Sahnawaz Hussin being a powerful leader of a ruling party, Delhi Police did not buzz and didn't registered case. It was ordered by any ruling party leader or from HM of India, that is not sure but it seems clear that Police was under so much pressure that they even refused to obey lower court order.

Then the women approached Delhi High Court and today court ordered to Delhi Police to register rape case againt Sahnawaz Hussain a powerful politician of ruling BJP. People close to him know his character, and his brother was also accused of rape. He may belong to BJP a Hindutva Party but his mentality is similar to his community. He is known for promoting love Jihad and he himself married a Hindu Brahmin girl. 

Justice delayed is justice denied . Hope  this rape accused minister Sahnawaz Hussain don't get clean chit from Delhi Police. A fair investigation is done by Police and soon Sahnawaz Hussain goes to Tihar Jail.
