Supreme Court show cold feet in hearing of Muslim  Talaq E Hasan case 

Today a hearing was going on at The Supreme Court of India in Delhi, in a case files by a Muslim Woman who is a journalist also. The same supreme court who never thought twice to attack Hindu, Hindu religion, Hindu rituals and festivals shown cold feet in this case. SC judges said " Why you brought this case as "Janhit Yahiya " When this is your personal case and Said we will direct them to pay you Mehar decided during Nikaah. Supreme court judges said "We don't want anyone to make it propaganda". 

Now Social media asking why Supreme Court showing cold feet in hearing of Muslim Talaq E Hasan case?

History of Supreme Court In cases involving Hindus.

I am going to show you few cases how this Supreme court judges hurt hindu sentiments without showing any cold feet .

1- Dahi Handi at Janmanstmi festival, same supreme court without thinking twice ordered "How much the height of Dahi handi must be" Supreme court didn't have any problems if it hurts Hindus feelings but they are running away in Talaq e hasan case.

2-Idols of Lord Ganesha and durga heights and where and how Hindus has to visharjit.

3- Restrictions on Crackers on Diwali : How much crackers and what kinds of crackers we can use on Diwali but same Supreme court judges never put any restrictions on crackers during new year celebrations. My question to SC judges is that only during Diwali crackers do pollution and during new year they are beneficial for environment.. Your means to say Diwali is communal and New year is secular , isn't it ?
4-  Sabri Mala case : Many hundred of years Hindu community have belief and trust on purity of women. We worship women but believe during periods women are not pure and they don't make food or visit temples even most of common homes still follow this practice. In Sabri mala temple case, they have rituals that they don't allow some from a certain age to certain age. But some Anti Hindu and leftist took this case to Supreme court, and supreme court judges show demit they care attitude towards Hindu community sentiments and ordered Women of all ages to visit the temple but today Same Supreme court judges have problem in hearing Talaq E hasan case of Muslim community as this may hurt their sentiments and it will become propaganda, When Sabri mala case came for hearing why didn't these Supreme court judges have same opinion about hindu sentiments ?

5- Nupur Sharma case : We have recently seen a case of Nupur Sharma where Supreme court judges remark on her caused a protest from large number of community and in case of habitual serial offender criminal Zubair case It seems like Supreme court judges were more keen to give him bail then he himself was.. Supreme court judges thinks people are fool and they have supreme powers so they can do anything against one community and will do favor to other community and people from one community will accept it. This is not gonna happen anymore in the age of Social media.

6- Some rituals Hindu community had and court and government restricted them like Sati Pratha, Children's marriage but our Hindu community never objected and followed Court orders and worked as a rule book of constitution. Why SC has problem to order Muslim community to restrict or stop such rituals like Talaq E Hasan, Halala, Killing innocent animals during Bakra Eid.

Dealing of Supreme Court in Muslim community matters is always suspicious. 

This is not first time Supreme Court judges shown cold shoulder in deciding matter related to Muslim community or Muslims are involved in case. This Talaq E Hasan case is today's case (16 August 2022) . We have seen in other cases like.

1- Ram Janmabhumi case where court took 75 and more years to decide.
2- Shayra Bano triple Talaq case : This was the case which changed the politics of this nation and Muslim appeasement started from here, If Supreme Court has given a constructive orders like on  Hindu rituals and ordered government to act then millions of Indian Muslim women needed not to face hardship they faced until Narendra Modi government brought bill on this Triple Talaq .

Why Supreme Court act differently in Hindu and Muslim community cases.

We have no issue if supreme court judges have problem in hearing Talaq E Hasan case but why didn't they have same problem in hearing Sabri mala case ? 

Why taking decisions against Hindu community makes you proud and secular and deciding cases against Muslim rituals make you sad, fearful and communal ?
reading a statement written in Islamic book makes Nupur Sharma responsible for all sar tan se juda is fair but abuser of Hindu Gods and hurting Hindu sentiments is not crime and you seems more keen to provide him relief more then his own lawyer in Zubair case. ?
Supreme Court has to think that they are breaching laws of constitution of which they took oath by showing cold feet to hearing of Talaq E Hasan case. It is digital world and each decision under public scrutiny hence your responsibilities now grown up manifolds.
