Suspense over Opposition Leader against Modi in General Election 2024

Suspense over Opposition Leader against Modi in General Election 2024 is still there even after more then half term of this Narendra Modi government is over. Each passing day we hear some new name and soon it disappear as fast it pop up in the news. Opposition parties has no consent and difference of opinion on this making things worse for opposition parties in India. Many opposition parties wish to project its leader for Leader of opposition in 2024 General Elections against PM Narendra Modi. Mamta Banerjee from TMC, Rahul Gandhi from Congress, Sharad Pawar from NCP and now Nitish Kumar From JDU who recently ditched NDA to fulfill his ambition of become Opposition candidate for PM Post in upcoming General election 2024 pop up in this list.

Who will lead opposition in General election 2024 against NDA candidate PM Narendra Modi ?

Ex President of Congress Party Rahul Gandhi been the opposition parties joint Candidate in 2014 and 2019 and under his leadership congress and opposition failed miserably. Rahul Gandhi made some grave mistakes and his statements became talk of the town among comedy circle. Public don't consider him as serious leader. Beside Rahul Gandhi, the anti Hindu and anti national stands of Congress is also big reason of failure of Congress Party. Now, opposition not willing to give another chance to Rahul Gandhi for become a joint candidate of opposition against PM Narendra Modi for general election 2024 and some more serious candidates are being searched.

NCP Chief Sharad Pawar is also another leader and candidate for Joint opposition  for PM post in next general election 2024. He is a pro politician, seasoned ex Chief minister of Maharashtra and handled ministry in Central government. He is well regarded leader but his age and now corruption cases as well his Party NCP has limited seats and limited access only to some parts of Maharashtra is big concern and his competition is with PM Narendra Modi, Who himself proved his popularity not only in India but also abroad among NRIs too. He has been main force for bringing BJP led NDA to Power in Central Government with full majority. So opposition is not so keen to take risk with Sharad Pawar and make him opposition leader and candidate for PM Post in upcoming general election 2024.

Mamta Banerjee from TMC is another name popped up in 2021 after she won assembly election of West Bengal 3rd time. Mamta Banerjee was also been considered for joint candidate for challenging PM Narendra Modi in general election in 2024. The way she countered BJP and won elections there, She has become blue eye of opposition but the way she handled post poll violence by her Party Workers of TMC, Hindu Women gang raped, Houses of them burnt and BJP supporters has to run away from West Bengal put her popularity down and acceptance among majority Hindus was almost near to zero due to her Muslim appeasement politics. A big dent to her candidature was when she made BJP rebel Yashwant Sinha who is National Vice President of TMC a candidate for Presidential election and he lost badly. Though still she is one of the favorite candidate of opposition to challenge BJP Led NDA candidate PM Narendra Modi in upcoming general election 2024.

Nitish Kumar JDU is the latest leader and candidate, Who has ambition to become PM of India and recently switch the government he was running with the help of BJP. His Ambition to become a joint candidate of Opposition Parties. Nitish Kumar is CM of Bihar for more then 15 years and he has popularity in Bihar but outside of Bihar, He has no strength to win election. Nitish Kumar may be considered but his Image as PALTURAM is big turn off among the voters.

Will Narendra Modi has open road without a strong opposition leader to challenge him in general election 2024 ?

If you think road for Narendra Modi is so easier then think think twice, His image as an hardcore Hindu Leader has come to a halt, His Muslim appeasement policies and soft stand on growing Muslim terror in India has not been taken so easily by Majority community and anger against Narendra Modi is bigger then BJP. 

Modi has not done any such work which could counter the anger of Hindus, Who are very vocal against Narendra Modi government for showing soft stand and unwillingness to stop Murders of Hindus in the name of Islam. Sahinbag, Delhi riots, Farmers protest, Red fort riots has long lasting memories in the mind of voters, Who believes it was failure of Narendra Modi government. 

Muslim Community is always against BJP and will never consider it as a choice and Hindu already angry on his appeasement policies making things worse for BJP and Narendra Modi candidature as PM post in general Election 2024 .

NDA supporters and parties who has long partnership with BJP quit NDA like Shivsena, Shiromani Akali Dal, JDU, ChandraBabu Naidu Telgudesham and challenge is growing day by day. 

Inflation and unemployment is all time high after Covid 19 and government failed miserably to do such reforms which could generate employments. Policies like PM Rojgar Yojna is biggest failure and running on papers. Young ambitious entrepreneurs who tried to get loan through this scheme, they says that banks are not entertaining them and process is so tough to even apply.

Considering Narendra Modi as next PM after 2024 General election is bit early. Narendra Modi should work on these points first then he can think to counter opposition leader in general election 2024 in India
