It is question being asked in all political cercle ? He has been shot in legs with AK-47 and now he is in hospital. Every corner of world people are criticizing this attack . He has made enemy to all, be it establishment , Government , ISI , Judiciary and election commission of Pakistan . Though his Haqiqi long march was already a great hit and disturbing for all his enemies . Imran khan has been a famous cricketer and former PM . His popularity was already very high among youth and sports lovers . When he decided to join politics , people made fun of him and almost ignored his political move.   Gradually he made his presence felt by first wining state elections and later became PM . He silenced his critics by getting such big victory . Now after a life threatening attack on him will bring more sympathy tow

All woman are entitled to safe and legal abortion : Supreme Court.

In landmark Judgment  today SC of India, ordered that women married or Unmarried are entitled for abortion till 24 weeks of pregnancy.

Until now only married women allowed to anort within this safe period. A young unmarried pregnant lady first approached high court but court refused her permission.

She moved SC and today,  Court said in judgement that all women are equal and their rights must be same. In traditional customs in India, It is not welcomed that unmarried woman have kid. It is difficult to get velidation from Indian societies. Thogh in last few years Indian urban cities has adopted modern view and Live in relations getting popular. In such cases getting unwanted pregnancy is very common. Rape victims are allowed for abortion. In fact married lady also entitled for abortion if this happens without her consent. In this case only she can't charge husband for rape, case is still pending on this matter. Earlier even married women was not allowed to this operation without partner /husband consent but now she can do it without his will.

In India if a unmarried woman want to get rid of unwanted kid then doctors ask for court direction or permission otherwise it was illegal act. So now within 6 months she can get it done without any legal permission. 

People are welcoming the move, but I have some concern over to this decision. my few questions are :

1- Will it not encourage young people to have sex freely without any fear ?

2- Will it not encourage Live in relations rather moving towards marriages ?

3- Will it not hurt the traditions, customs and culture of Indian societies?

4- It will not make girl more open for sex and dangerous to societies ?

These answers equally important to women freedom. I am not against this abortion permission but there must be some guidelines and fear of laws in this matter. Now in few months you will hear maximum number of unmarried girls going for abortion who did unprotected casual sex. Take me in writing in few moths or year, same court will be forced to change its decision on this unmarried women pronounced today. MTA is good but Uninstitutelized casual physical relations may cause big concern for young girls and parents. Judiciary has to think about culture and socirty of nation when they pronouncing such judgments. 

What will be Impact of Supreme court making all women eligible for abortion ?

I believe Honorable Supreme court judges has gone through all cons and pro of case. I respect their decision but I can clearly see adverse consequences of this decisions. Now you will see girls above 16 to 30 will go for maximum of abortions due to free and fearless casual sex with fellow students or office friends. Live in culture will grow more rapidly due to no fear of law regarding getting rid of unwanted child due to casual physical encounters. In discs and pubs will be more popular in India and morality will be down.

I will appreciate this order if this comes with some restrictions like only in rape cases it is allowed or on medical or any special case it is allowed to go for it without any permission. So in that case young girls would not go for freely for casual sex. It will make them worry about future if anything wrong happens. 

Hope soon some changes in order we will see and it will make us more responsible.
