 Delhi AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan Arrested in Waqf Case

Yesterday, Controversial Delhi AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan Arrested in Waqf Case. He has been in news for all wrong reasons, recently his PA also got arrested at Patna Airport with weapon and now he himself got arrested with 2 illigal weapons and 24 lacs+ of cash. He has been very active in Sahinbag and Delhi riots, He was main protester to stop bulldozer in Muslim areas where illigal Rohingyas occupied the government lands and who pelted stones on RamNavmi Shobha Yatra.

Right now Khan has been arrested in WAQF Board corruption case. During raid 24 lacs of cash and two illigal pistols and end no of bullets were recovered. He has been President of Delhi WAQF board office at Sahinbag. His right hand and corporator Tahir Hussain was arrested in Delhi riots case. Tahir who kept petrol bombs, stones to pelt on Hindus and nearby Sanatani families' s home and attacked with petrol bombs. He confessed that he was in touch with AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan. So it is clear that Delhi AAP party is full of anti Hindu and anti national elements who never minds for attacking his own country people. Such people should be behind the bars not in state or National Assembly. AAP Member of Legislative Assembly is serial offender and its unfortunate that he has won twice because he comes from constituency with 70% Muslim Mejority. ACB spokepersonal claimed that his involvement in a case of illegal appointments and economic frauds in the management of Delhi Waqf Board situated at Shahinbag Delhi. 

A case Under UPCA has been lodged in year 2020. When media tried to contact Anti corruption branch chief Mr. Madhur Verma, he affirmatively accepted that they have arrested AAP MLA A khan. He said that they have enough evidence and documentations to prove his involvement. He further said 24 lacs and 2 unlicensed weapons and bullets were also recovered from him during his arrest. Before arresting the said accused they had raids at multiple  places in Delhi.

Delhi Police ACB arrest of Amantullah Khan in 2020 WAQF case is a warning sign for Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and a wake up call for anti national protests leaders. 

As far my knowledge as Journalist and with my experience I can say that Central government has decided to take action such elements who are dangerous now for internal security of India. It is clear indication that HM Amit shah has been given free hands to handle them rather trusting Desi James Bond Ajit Doval, who failed miserably. Under his leadership Maluna Saad since May 2020 disappered and still not arrested. There are many incidents which were enough to say that NSA Doval style won't work here and Amit Shah should be given free hand to manage them now. Mastermind of Amantullah arrest in WAQF economic fraud case is, HM Amit Shah. 

ACB clearly indicated during arrest that they have done proper preparation before arrest to make sure he won't get bail soon.

Arvind Kejriwal already in trouble due to so many scams out now from excise, education, bus buying etc. Minister Satyendra Jain already in Jail, CBI has done raids on his dyputy and his close friends and government officials involve in excise case. Now another arrest among Gujrat elections will have a very adverse effect of his political image and future. Having corrupt and criminals in party as MLA or Minister is so shameful who started his politics to remove it from system.

Direct involvement was still not proven as case is under investigation and in court, But Tahir Hussain main accused accepted that he was in touch with AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan.
