It is question being asked in all political cercle ? He has been shot in legs with AK-47 and now he is in hospital. Every corner of world people are criticizing this attack . He has made enemy to all, be it establishment , Government , ISI , Judiciary and election commission of Pakistan . Though his Haqiqi long march was already a great hit and disturbing for all his enemies . Imran khan has been a famous cricketer and former PM . His popularity was already very high among youth and sports lovers . Hindu favorable Court order on Gyanwapi - Case is Maintainable. Hindu favorable Court order on Gyanwapi - Case is maintainable . On 12th of September 2022, Varanasi District Court verdict on Gyanvapi case maintainability has come. This order was eagerly awaited by Hindu Side. Muslim side was arguing in the courtroom that court should not entertain this as it comes under Places of worship Act 1991 . This PWA act bar Sanatan community to challenge Gyanwapi Temple case to any court of India. While Other side was argued that till 1993, they were performing Maa Shringar Gauri Puja without any interference, hence this act doesn't apply on this. Beside that  archaeological survey done on court order found Shivling inside the  Muslim occupied area of Temple , and other signs like Sankha , Trishul , Swastikas were found on the inside walls of so called Mosque . Menka Gambhir relative of TMC MP and CM Mamta Banrejee stopped by Immigration officers at Kolkata Airport while she was suppose to take a flight for Bankok . In coal scam she is co accused and ED already had red corner notice against her which bars her from leaving country and travel abroad . Immigration officers stopped her and did enquiry and kept her in their custody for 2 and half an hours. Supreme Court accept plea to Challenge Places of Worship act 1991 Supreme Court accept plea to Challenge Places of Worship act 1991  .  On 09 September 2022  Indian SC accepted a case challenging controversial PWA 1991 . This plea is posted by  Pandit Devkinandan Thakur  ji and  Ex IAS officer Sanjay Dixit  of  Jaipur Dialogues . This  act  was passed in both  National Assembly  where ruling  Congress party  had full majority.  PV Narsimha Rao was PM of India .
